Homecare

Our vision is to make sure that we are there for every vulnerable adult who needs our care - in a safe and compassionate way.

About

Overview

We provide personal and domestic care for adults living in their own homes and specialise in providing culturally-appropriate services for the communities in Camden and surrounding boroughs. Our carers typically speak a range of different languages.
Being established in Camden for more than 20 years, we have fine-tuned our approach to successfully provide care in this community.

Our commitment to quality

We have been working hard to reach a high standard of care provision, and continue to invest greatly in our service, as we believe it's so important for those we serve.

The service is approved by Camden Council for Home Care provision and is Care Quality Commission inspected. Our carers are DBS checked, fully insured, and trained to a high standard, with ongoing professional development training.

We adhere to 15 different CQC Training standards, as specified in our Care Certificate. Both our field carers and our office staff undergo the training every year.

Our Services

Elderly Support

If you, or a loved one are of advanced age, or find performing everyday tasks difficult due to an illness, injury or disability, our care workers can provide the extra support needed to live independently at home. The benefits of the Hopscotch Homecare service can be far reaching. By helping out with tasks like dressing, cooking and domestic chores, our carers can make your daily routine that bit easier. Regular visits from our dedicated team of care workers can also improve self-esteem, by increasing independence and reducing your reliance on family and friends.

Dementia Care

Over 850,000 people in the UK have a form of dementia, and 1 in 3 people over the age of 65 will have the condition. Almost everybody will know of someone with dementia. It's important that the right support and care is available for those who have dementia, and for those who are living with, or caring for a loved one with dementia.
At Hopscotch Homecare, we support people with dementia to continue living at home safely. We also support their families through what is a tough time. Our staff is trained to deal with the challenging behaviours that may come with dementia progression with care, compassion, and professionalism.

Live-in Care

At Hopscotch Homecare, we can provide around-the-clock care for those who may need this level of support to continue living in their own home and community. A dedicated team of live-in care workers will provide the necessary level of support in a person-centred way.
